3.0   Things in our control

3.1   You must wear an approved cycle helmet while riding in Spain, and you must obey the applicable rules of the road at all times.

3.2   You must follow the instructions of A&B staff and management at all times.

3.3   You assert:

3.3.1      that you are physically fit and there is no health or other reason why you should not participate fully in the our cycling holidays or cycling training camps. 3.3.2      that your own bicycle and helmet, should you bring it with you for use, is in good repair, safe to use on the public highway and in group riding situations. A&B reserves the right to inspect the equipment to ensure it complies with Spanish regulations and to endorse or refuse the use of the equipment for the duration of the trip.

3.3.3      that you will complete a Diet, Exercise and Lifestyle Questionnaire and a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), 30 days in advance of your arrival. This will ensure your training camp experience is personalised to your condition and needs, and is also required for insurance purposes.

4.2   Very occasionally, A&B may have to cancel a booking. A&B reserve the right to do so, for any reason, at any time prior to 30 days before arrival date. In such an event, any payment received up until that date will be refunded and such a refund constitutes full settlement.

4.3   A&B reserve the right to make changes to the stated itinerary, due to circumstances outside of our control.  We will endeavour to keep these changes to a minimum, whilst maintaining the level of quality of the holiday.  These will be undertaken for reasons of safety, security, and logistics.
